I'm a "special needs" bus driver. Special needs qualifications can be anything from a broken ankle to severe cognitive and learning disabilities. Okay. We've been working 6 day weeks, and 5 to 10 hours daysmandatory. My "day-off" is usually a 10 hour day mandatory. Yesterday I called in and said that I was not going to be able to perform, so today I got a notice that said if I call in sick 3 days during a 30 day period I'd get a day of suspension...
So, if I take three, it's worth four? Bummer!

Edit: If I call in on consecutive days, it counts as one. If I try to go bck and it's too soon, it counts as many times as it happens.
